If you've never heard of The Fat Burning Kitchen guidebook, it is another groundbreaking concept that's worth reading about, especially if you've been struggling to lose weight for years. Foods that we've always considered 'healthy' are actually not.

All sorts of countertheories have been out and about - if you want to lose weight, eat more. If you want more muscles, don't exercise. Smoke cigarettes to avoid lung cancer (I don't believe that, but it does come up if you Google)
