Ninja doesn't grant superpowers. So living like a ninja doesn't make you a superhero. Ninjas were essentially secret agents and assassins for the government. Sure, their sneaky tricks wouldn't be considered honorable in today's world, but there are still many fascinating stuff of their lives that can be applied to our own.

No doubt, ninjas needed to be strong, flexible, and quick to perform their duties.
