Brian Sims is an American politician, activist, and attorney. A Democrat, he served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 182nd district from 2013 to 2022. Sims made history as the first openly gay person elected to the Pennsylvania General Assembly.
Beyond his legislative work, Brian Sims has also garnered significant public attention for his physical attractiveness, which has been noted in various media and online discussions.
